Born and raised in Los Angeles, Laura Silver heads a team of agents that work and specialize in the booming residential market of downtown LA. Real Estate is her passion and with her extensive knowledge of the Los Angeles market, she has personally sold and leased millions of dollars in residential real estate.

Until the spring of last year, Laura was the head of the Residential Division at Major Properties in DTLA. After launching the division in 2009 she ushered the company’s residential side through a massive string of successes, breaking company records each year. In May of 2017, Laura combined forces with Realty Source, allowing her to expand her team and continue to grow as one of DTLA’s most well-known and well respected residential agents.

Laura is a top producer in downtown annually and leads a team of agents who represent buyers, sellers, landlords and renters. This summer will bring the launch of Silver Group LA, downtown’s premier residential real estate firm of which Laura serves as Founder and CEO. The firm will provide unmatched service to a full range of clientele. Silver Group LA takes an investment approach and will pride itself on showing clients how their residential purchases and sales can impact their net worth.

Laura is a member of the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors and is on the Board of the Downtown Real Estate Association (DREA). Laura’s team is helping to establish a monthly broker’s open in conjunction with the Pitch and with the DREA to better market downtown properties and make mutually beneficial connections. Laura has worked hard to build a stellar reputation in the broker community and is very well respected.

Laura is an active volunteer in the community and sits on the Board of the non-profit Working Dreams which is dedicated to enhancing the lives of foster children and at-risk youth. In her free time, Laura enjoys exercising, spending time with her family and friends, and is a longtime fan of the LA Kings.
